Organizational Development Consultant (Collaborator)
About the Role
We're building Green Apple's AI organizational-development platform, and we're looking for experienced OD practitioners to help us shape it. This isn't a full-time delivery role — it's a consultancy partnership for people who know OD deeply and want to influence how it gets encoded into a product.
You'll work with the founders to:
- Pressure-test and refine the platform's OD methodology — how it defines an organization's "DNA," measures alignment, and recommends interventions.
- Translate real-world OD practice (org design, culture diagnosis, leadership development, change management) into product logic and features.
- Review and improve the AI assistant's guidance, frameworks, and recommendations from a practitioner's lens.
- Share insight on what leaders and teams actually need, so the platform solves real problems rather than theoretical ones.
It's a chance to put your craft into a product that scales it — and to help define the category early.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong OD background: organizational effectiveness, organizational design, and culture transformation.
- Hands-on experience in leadership development, coaching, and change management.
- Experience designing and delivering workshops, training, and facilitation.
- A point of view on how OD should work — and interest in seeing it built into software.
- Strong consulting skills: stakeholder management, problem-solving, translating business needs into practical people solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or OD / coaching / L&D certification a plus.
- Comfort with data and insight to diagnose issues and measure impact; familiarity with HR or PeopleTech platforms is beneficial.
- Fluency in English; experience with startups or scaleups an advantage.
